Abstract:

Working in the social area, in the inclusion, means focusing on the
person, promoting an armonic developement, not only promoting
abstinence but the continuous improvement about key aspects of her life,
related to employment, participation capacity, social support, healthy
relations, psychological resources,... Every intervention has an unique
objective: helping the personal autonomy. When the person begins the
deshabituation process the Sociolabour itinerary has to begun as well,
although some aspects like laboral mediation will be delayed until the
end of the therapeutical programme. How the society includes excluded
people, is going to facilitate the integration process or, on the oppossite
side, will turn it into in a permenent exclusion situation. Appart from the
design of integration individualized process we have to work as well for
the construction of a new society model, a more inclusive society.
