TRATAMIENTO DE MANTENIMIENTO CON ANTAGONISTAS OPIÁCEOS DEPOT. UNA ALTERNATIVA EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE DEPENDIENTES DE OPIÁCEOS.

Abstract:
156 treatments are presented carried out in patient with dependence of
opiate (CIE-10), with a maintenance program with antagonist opiate
depot (Naltrexon), initiate after a rule of ambulatory quick antagonization. It has been carried out a pursuit from one year to the patients after
the high one. You concludes that the program is safe for the patients; it
has better retention index that the programs with antagonist for via oral,
and at least it equals that of the programs with agonistas, improving the
execution (negative urinalysis) of these last ones.
